A Message From Our Founder, Jeff Chiodo
I am a PGA Professional and member since 2002, and my family has managed golf facilities for more than fifty years. Over the course of my career, I have worked on both sides of point-of-sale and booking engine systems — from the pro shop counter to the back office. This hands-on experience gives me a clear understanding of what a POS system must prioritize for municipal and daily fee facilities.
I know the frustrations firsthand: systems that require multiple unnecessary steps just to check in customers, reports that must be exported and manually adjusted to forecast future sales, and platforms that fail to deliver real insight into customer needs and expectations. My background allows me to look beyond surface-level software features and focus on what truly matters — simplicity, efficiency, accurate reporting, and a deeper understanding of the customer journey.
